A 1-day training session exploring the role of the Product Owner in agile teams with practical exercises.
“Really useful – practical insight around how I need to behave as a Product Owner and helpful pointers around what tools and practices I can use to support.”
This is a highly interactive session led by an experienced agile coach who will explain the core concepts of product ownership mixed with real-life experiences, practical exercises, and discussion relevant to the participants’ workplace.
Participants will compare the product owner role to current real-life situations, understanding the key responsibilities for the Product Owner role. Practical exercises include developing a product vision, value prioritisation and developing a visual context for story mapping. The session will end with a group-based knowledge test.
